Select our Express Delivery service to receive your order in an estimated 1-2 working days, or our Standard Delivery service from 3-5 days.
Orders received before 11:30am will be processed the same working day.
Orders received after 11:30am will be processed the next working day.
Delivery days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Weekend and timed deliveries are available at an extra cost when requested.
Due to the nature of our business there may be extended lead times for certain items, however every effort will be made to deliver all products by the agreed date.
Due to the extra volume of orders coming in over Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays, please be aware that there may be delays processing orders over this period.
If there is anything wrong with the items once they have been received, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of the consignment being signed for so that we can rectify the problem.
All orders that we deliver are wrapped in order to minimise the likelihood of damage during transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and we will be happy to arrange collection and replacement of the item at the earliest convenience.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide us with details of the problem product. For perishable products, we will require the batch number and best before date of the item.
In exceptional circumstances we may agree to accept a return of an item that is not damaged or faulty. In this instance, it is up to the customer to return item at the cheapest cost, once the item is received and the goods returned are in a saleable condition we will then refund you the sale.
Delivery of your item/order from Heaven An Hell Adult Store will be dispatched using one of the following services.
Please note any order placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on a Monday.
- Free Delivery – for orders over £250 (excl Vat). These are usually dispatched via DPD on a next working day courier service. Please note parcels will need to be signed for. Please note this excludes delivery to offshore areas.
- Orders under £250 which are too large to be sent via Royal Mail will also be dispatched via DPD on a next working day courier service. Please note parcels will need to be signed for.
- UK Special Delivery – This will be sent via DPD or RM dependant on the size of your order.
- UK RM 1St Class Recorded Delivery. Usually 1-3 working days – please note the delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Delivery to Offshore areas is a 2 day service (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles) – £16.00 per box
Please allow 15 days for items sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as claims cannot be processed with RM until after this time. If you have not received your parcel after this time please do contact us.
If you are not in when your order is delivered by courier then your parcel will be sent to the nearest depot and a calling card will be left to advise where your delivery is. In the event that no card has been left then please either track on line using https://www.dpd.com/tracking and the tracking number we have issued to you or contact us directly and we help to finalise the delivery for you.
Please note that your items may come in separate packages if items have been on back order.
For items that are returned through non-delivery either by post or courier we will advise you accordingly. Depending on the reasons for the non-delivery to be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the extra carriage charge.
We take no responsibility for the post office or courier companies delivering the items or not leaving calling cards.
Return of Goods
Faulty/Damaged Goods Terms and Conditions
- ‘the Buyer’ means the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.
- ‘the Company’ means Heaven An Hell Ltd.
- ‘Goods’ means any product purchased from the Company.
- The Company only accept returns on faulty/damaged Goods.
- Goods returned to the Company must be unworn, in the original condition, with tags still attached.
- For set Goods that include more than one item- all items must be returned together- as per the original order- including thongs, body stockings, masks, ties, chains and props.
- Goods must be returned to the Buyer within 28 days of delivery. Goods must then be returned to the Company within a further 28 days.
- Goods must be returned to the Company with a completed returns form with the fault clearly explained.
- The Company will send the Buyer a returns form in the event of return. A hard copy of the returns form must be included with the delivery and also sent by email to the Company.
- The Buyer must retain a proof of returns postage receipt.
Please note: New Temptations do not operate on a ‘Sale or Return’ basis. Any unwanted or unsold items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
